Is
the QChord like an Autoharp
Only in that
they both have buttons that you push to select chords. The Autoharp
has strings, the QChord instead has an electronic strumplate. The
Autoharp is limited to as many as 21 chords while the QChord has 84.
The Autoharp can only play in as many as 7 Keys, the QChord
in all 12
Keys. The QChord has many features not found on the Autoharp such as
built- in Rhythm Accompaniments, the ability to transpose (play in one
key, but be in another) and much more.
People who play
the Autoharp will be pleased with the simplicity of the QChord and all
it's added features. They will be able to take "chord"
music to new levels not before possible.

What is the difference between Omnichord and
QChord
The Omnichord has been replaced
with the QCHORD. The new QChord plays the same as the Omnichord, but has many new
features: 1) 100 sounds on the strumplate instead of only ten; 2) 30 additional rhythms as
an option; 3) improved sound system; 4) optional song cards can play fully orchestrated
music that you just strum along with.
Many of our customers, who
previously played the Omnichord, tell us how happy they are with the new QChord. They
really like the improved sound and the 100 more voices than the Omnichord had.
The QChord is, for all practical
purposes, an Omnichord. In fact, I still refer to it as an Omnichord with a new model name of QChord. It plays exactly the
same as the Omnichord, but has so many more features. While it does not have the chord
memory feature, the Song Card capability offers far more flexibility than the older
models. Also, the QChord has Midi IN and OUT whereas older models only had a Midi
OUT.

How will I be able to play the QChord if I can't read music
There's no need to be able to
read music or for that matter know anything about music to play the QChord or Omnichord.
The instrument has rows of buttons which are all labeled with chord names
such as C, G, D, etc. Most music books contain chord names along with song lyrics.
Simply press buttons which correspond to chords indicated as you slide or tap your
fingers along an electronic strumplate. If you can tap your foot or fingers to the
beat of a song, you can play the QChord.

melody with the QChord
For people who love to sing, the
QChord is a natural! Just follow the chords in any song and sing-a-long to your
heart's content. But that's not all! At Pop's Music, we show you how you can
also play the melody of a song using just chords without having to sing. Our

Club - FREE MEMBERSHIP - we show you how you can create melodies
with chords too.
