One of our products, the Suzuki QChord (formerly the Omnichord)
 is an item in which we have sincerely believed and have vigorously
 marketed since 1984.  While many dealers sell the Qchord for

little or no additional cost.  Even less specialize in QChord
products and services to the extent that we do.
In fact, we are the originators of the Melody Chord Music System
 for the QChord and OMNICHORD and also the producers of the
 Instructional DVD's - "How To Play The QChord" and "Improving Your Skills" -
 that are endorsed by SUZUKI and distributed worldwide.

What?

Pop's Music is pretty much a full-line music store focusing
on the needs of casual musicians and music hobbyists.

We have become known as the Home of the Suzuki Omnichord & QChord,
 an instrument almost anyone can play immediately without having to
read music or know anything about music.  We offer an exclusive
Omnichord / QChord instruction book along with several
easy-play methods our customers really enjoy!

Our other products include Easy Play Music Books, Harmonicas,
 Musical Spoons, Small Amplifiers, Strings, Amp and Mic Cables,
Autoharps, and a variety of  other music accessories and gift items.

In addition we wrote "Keyboard Chords Made Easy", a unique book
 that teaches how to play almost any chord without having to read music.

Who?

Pop's Music?  Why Mom and Pop of course. Specifically it's Rita and Len.
Yes, and many of our kids help out too!  Our simple organizational structure

When?

We began in June, 1984 as Musical Memories.  We still maintain that name too,
 though we have been using Pop's Music since October 1996.
We believe this name better represents the nature of our business.

As with so many music stores, one of it's owners - Pop (Len) - is a musician
with an entrepreneurial spirit.   Turning a love-for-music into a full-fledged
enterprise is always risky.   However, Pop has a passion for this business
 and considers it a mission to introduce would-be musicians to the joy
of playing an instrument. Use of the internet is a great way of
 reaching out to a community of people with similar desires.
